ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
O-Level Compulsory Subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. These compulsory subjects must be passed at credit level in SSCE, WAEC, NECO or NABTEB and any of Biology, Agricultural Science, Geography, Further Mathematics, and/or Technical Drawing that must also be passed at credit level.

If you did not, kindly rush to JAMB website or JAMB accredited CBTE center and make the necessary changes for prompt action.
Then, go to the polytechnic portal (https://www.polyunwana.edu.ng) and apply for the online screening for admission to study Metallurgical Engineering Technology (ND) at Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana. On the website, click admission, select undergraduate, then click on online application form.
WHAT IS METALLURGICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY?

Seeing all these, one may say that as an industry and wealth producer, Metallurgical Engineering Tech. is second only to farming.
Metallurgical Engineering Technology is a course for the design and development of wide range of materials for advanced and high technology applications. These include but not limited to: metals, non-metals, ceramics, polymers, semiconductors and composites.
